Fico’s Artistic Journey and Creative Process
When he was barely three, Fico fell in love with drawing. He started by doodling on paper and soon developed a keen eye for detail and a love of color. Since then, he has been using colored pencils and crayon pastels to create amazingly vivid and full-of-life art pieces.
One of the most outstanding qualities of Fico’s artwork is the way he blends and weaves numerous minute and intricate elements. These details offer depth and meaning to the overall piece and draw the viewer in with their charm and whimsy.
Fico doesn’t follow a strict creative process and he doesn’t plan ahead for his artworks. He lets his imagination run wild and allows his creative thoughts to flow naturally when he draws.
“My artwork is made with passion, imagination, and self-taught experience in drawing, which is done continuously. I can’t explain the creative process in detail, because imagination and the idea come out spontaneously, and I immediately bring it to life in a drawing,” says Fico.
Finding Inspiration
Through this intuitive artistic process, Fico is able to rely on his imagination and uncover sources of inspiration in ordinary life. He also practices regularly to cultivate and nurture his own imagination. The end result is an exceptional and delightful body of work that charms viewers with its positive and joyful energy and spirit.
“I draw inspiration from the surrounding environment, watching Youtube videos, playing computer games, and playing with toys. I also always draw regularly and I receive support from my mother,” shares Fico.
Fico’s art conveys a story. His drawings teach significant life lessons including the value of kindness and empathy, determination, and the love of the natural world. His artwork is not only beautiful but also thought-provoking, encouraging viewers to reflect deeply about life and the world around them.
He has also produced comics, and he wants to make those who view his work happy. For Fico, art has the power to profoundly affect the viewer’s emotions while also providing the artist with a chance to spark creativity, perhaps discover a new hobby, or simply spend spare time in a delightful manner.
“I want to give happiness and pleasure to people who see my art and sometimes I also want to share good messages in everyday life. I think the role of art in my life is as a hobby, an entertainment for me when I fill my free time,” Fico says.
Fico’s Advice for Young Artists
Fico admits that he sometimes has trouble drawing animals, but he makes an effort to get better at it by practicing frequently. He thinks that young artists should have the courage to create original pieces of art “without any restrictions,” as well as a vibrant imagination and a strong will.
“The hardest thing for me is when I draw animals. To overcome this I have to often practice drawing animals. As a young artist, you must have your own creativity and imagination in creating a freestyle and original work of art without any restrictions. My advice to young artists is that they must have a strong will, and a creative and original imagination,” Fico advises.
